How to Prepare the Strawberry and Orange Juice Bundt Cake
In a bowl, place the eggs and sugar. Mix with an electric mixer.
Add the oil and orange juice. Mix with the electric mixer.
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix with the electric mixer, being careful not to create lumps.
Add the chopped strawberries and chocolate flakes. Mix with a spoon.
Pour the mixture into a previously buttered and floured 9-inch bundt pan. My pan doesn’t need buttering or flouring. If you want to take a look, you can find it here.
If desired, add more chopped chocolate and strawberries on top. (I added 50 g of chocolate and 50 g of strawberries).
If you like, add some granulated sugar so that a golden crust will form during baking.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F. Let it bake for about 35/40 minutes. Please check the baking times according to your oven by doing the toothpick test.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and enjoy.
