Advice:

The ratio between chickpea flour and water is 1:3

1 part of chickpea flour (we used 8.8 oz)

3 parts of water (we used 3 1/4 cups).

The thickness of the farinata is very subjective, we made it very thin but you can make it thicker according to your taste.
