  • 3 slices sandwich bread
  • 2 vine-ripened tomatoes
  • to taste mayonnaise
  • to taste arugula
  • to taste salt
  • to taste oregano

How to Make Tomato and Mozzarella Sandwiches

  • Take a slice of bread and spread mayonnaise on it with a knife, then place the arugula on top.

  • Add slices of tomato seasoned with oregano and salt, and slices of mozzarella.
