A very simple dessert, the fresh mascarpone dessert, not too sweet, even more suitable for the warmer season, which we can vary as we like by adding other fruits according to the season and even some preserved fruits, pairing these with the syrup for contrast or sweet combination.
I used a base of store-bought ladyfingers, but if you have time, prepare the recipe I leave you in the description because they are taken from Carlo Cracco’s recipe book and are soft, delicate, and fragrant!

FOR THE MASCARPONE CREAM
- 14 oz mascarpone
- 10.5 oz Greek yogurt
- 1 cup heavy cream, 35% fat
- 6 oz powdered sugar
- 2.5 oz raspberry jam
- 2 oz water
- to taste raspberries (and also blueberries to your liking!)
- to taste dark chocolate (simply grated)

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE MASCARPONE DESSERT spoon dessert
I mix, or rather dilute, the raspberry jam with water in a bowl and set aside.
In a bowl, I mix the mascarpone with the sugar then add the yogurt and whipped cream, carefully blending everything.
I take the pan and after soaking the ladyfingers in the syrup, I place them on the bottom of the mold, arranging them close to each other. I randomly add some raspberries and blueberries and then cover with the mascarpone cream, smoothing it with a flexible spatula or using a piping bag.
Now I decorate with raspberries, add a grating of dark chocolate, and we’re ready for tasting!
