The puff pastry dove with apples and chocolate is a delicious and fun alternative to the classic Easter dove.

This recipe is particularly easy and quick to prepare and is perfect for using up leftover chocolate!

To prepare it, you just need to have in the fridge a roll of puff pastry, an apple and a few tablespoons of strawberry jam and in half an hour you’ll serve a really delicious dessert.

You can also prepare it the day before, it will remain crunchy and tasty. Serve it along with my Easter Nutella Treats and success will be guaranteed.
