Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 12.3 oz wafers
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon hazelnut cream
- 2 tablespoons milk
Tools
- 1 Loaf Pan
- 1 Hand Mixer
How to make the wafer and yogurt brick
Start by lining a 12-inch loaf pan with plastic wrap, then whip the cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Next, add the yogurt to the cream and mix gently without deflating the mixture.
Take the lined pan and create the first layer of cream.
Continue with a first layer of milk-soaked wafers. Make another layer of cream, and so on, until all ingredients are used up.
Finish with cream and place in the freezer for at least 5 hours. In the meantime, prepare the chocolate sauce by placing a tablespoon of hazelnut cream and 2 tablespoons of milk in a glass, then heat in the microwave or a double boiler and mix.
Then unmold your wafer and yogurt brick onto a serving plate and with the remaining cream, decorate by spreading over the surface.
As a final step, garnish with chocolate sauce and decorative sprinkles.
Serve the wafer brick immediately, or store it in the freezer and remove about 30 minutes before serving.
