Place a non-stick pan on the stove, combine the nuts, the sugar, the water, and the vanilla sugar.
Mix everything with a wooden spoon.You’ll see the water start to boil and dissolve the sugar,
at a certain point, it will start to solidify, becoming sandy.
Keep stirring well and remove the pan from the heat only when you hear a slight popping sound.Prepare a sheet of parchment paper, pour the praline nuts, spacing each one, and let them cool well so they won’t stick together anymore.
Only when they have cooled can you transfer the praline nuts into separate bowls or combine them together.

Storage
