Ingredients

  • 2.1 oz brown sugar
  • 3.5 oz sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 0.63 cups milk
  • 0.71 oz coffee
  • 2.08 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.35 cups potato starch
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsps sunflower oil
  • 1.76 oz chocolate chips
  • as needed Nutella®

How to Prepare Spoon Cookies with Nutella and Chocolate Chips

  • In a bowl, add the sugar, brown sugar, and egg. Mix with a spoon.

  • Add the milk and coffee and mix with the spoon.

  • Also add the flour and potato starch. Mix with the spoon until you get a smooth and lump-free dough.

  • Also add the oil and mix.

  • Finally, add the chocolate chips and baking powder. Mix with the spoon.

  • With a spoon, take small portions of dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. I got 10 cookies, but the number depends on the size.

  • On each cookie, add a teaspoon of Nutella in the center. Cover the Nutella with a little dough.

  • Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F. Let cook for 15/20 minutes. Make sure to check the cooking times based on your oven. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and enjoy.
