How to Prepare Yogurt Flatbreads Cooked in a Pan
In a bowl, place the flour, salt, and yeast. Stir with a spoon.
Add the milk, yogurt, and oil. Start mixing with the spoon, then when you can’t anymore, continue kneading by hand until you get a smooth, soft, and homogeneous dough.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a lightly floured surface.
Use a pastry cutter to cut out the flatbreads. I got 10, but the number depends on the size of the cutter used.
In a pan, put a drizzle of oil, then place the flatbreads inside. Cover the pan with the lid and cook over moderate flame until the bottom is golden brown. (It will take from 3 to 5 minutes). Flip the flatbreads and continue cooking until they are golden brown on the other side as well. This will also take 3 to 5 minutes.
Help yourself and enjoy.
