Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sunflower oil
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate (in chips)
Tools
- 1 Bowl
- 1 Mixer
- 1 Spoon
- 1 Pan
Steps
In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar. Mix with the electric mixer.
Add the milk and oil and mix.
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix with the electric mixer, being careful not to create lumps.
Add the chocolate chips and mix with a spoon.
Pour the mixture into a pre-greased and floured aluminum pan for 4 servings. If you want to take a look at my pan, click here.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F, and let it cook for about 25/30 minutes. Be sure to check the cooking times based on your oven.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and if you like, dust with powdered sugar.
