Ingredients
- 4 fillets salmon
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup black olives
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
- to taste oregano
Tools
- Parchment paper
- Knife
- Cutting board
- Kitchen twine
- Air fryer
Steps
Preheat the oven to 340 degrees Fahrenheit.
Crumple 4 sheets of parchment paper and tie the sides with some kitchen twine until you get candies or boats. Place them on a baking tray.
Wash the cherry tomatoes under running water, dry them, and cut them into quarters.
Place the salmon fillets in the boats, add the cherry tomatoes and black olives, season with oil, salt, and oregano.
Bake and cook for 20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
If you use the air fryer cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15/20 minutes.
Remove from oven and transfer the salmon to plates.
I like to serve them with their parchment paper.
