Ingredients for the Soft Bundt Cake with Cream Bimby
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups fresh whipping cream
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet baking powder for desserts
- 1 vial vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
You’ll Need
- Food Processor
- Bundt Cake Pan 9 inches
Preparing the Soft Bundt Cake with Cream Bimby
Preheat the oven to 350°F with the fan mode on. In the Bimby bowl, insert the butterfly whisk, add the eggs and sugar, and set for 10 minutes at speed 4. Open the lid, remove the butterfly whisk, scrape the batter from the sides, and add all the other ingredients. Set for 40 seconds at speed 5.
The batter is ready, pour it into a greased and floured bundt cake pan (try the homemade pan release read 👉HERE) and bake in a fan oven at 350°F for about 35/40 minutes, do the toothpick test to check doneness😜!
Take out the soft bundt cake with cream, let it cool, remove it from the pan and give it a light sprinkle of powdered sugar, then taste it!
In a bowl, work with electric beaters the eggs and sugar until you get a smooth and creamy mixture. Add the cream, continue with the beaters at low speed, then the flavors and a pinch of salt. Incorporate the flour and baking powder sifted together and beat until you get a smooth and homogeneous batter. Pour the batter into the pan and bake at 350°F for about 35/40 minutes, do the toothpick test to check doneness😜!
Storage
The bundt cake can be stored in a cake holder for 4/5 days.
