Advice
These chocolates are very simple to prepare, we did not use the tempering technique as for the Christmas chocolates but simply melted the chocolate and then brought it to the perfect temperature to make the chocolates.
If you want even more delicious chocolates, you can finely chop a handful of hazelnuts and add them to the melted chocolate before pouring it into the chocolate mold.
If you don’t have a mold, you can use the ice cube tray.
