Are you craving a fresh, quick salad that really satisfies? Try this Caesar Salad with potatoes and eggs! It is a richer and more homemade version of the classic American Caesar, perfect to prepare when it’s hot and you don’t feel like spending too much time in the kitchen.
Boiled potatoes and hard-boiled eggs make it more substantial, so you can also serve it as a single dish for lunch or dinner. Add some crunchy lettuce, a few croutons, a sprinkle of Parmesan, and you’re done.
If you want, you can enrich it further with grilled chicken or tuna, but it’s super tasty even like this. In short, a different salad than usual, easy and delicious!
