TUNA avocado and cucumber sandwiches with bresaola

TUNA avocado and cucumber sandwiches with bresaola, fresh, quick and good to take to the beach or for a light summer dinner without cooking, made in no time.

You know those summer days when you have zero desire to cook but lots of desire for something good? Well, these cold sandwiches with tuna, avocado, cucumber, and bresaola are just the right idea. I often make them when it’s hot, maybe to take to the beach in a cooler bag, or even just for a quick lunch under the umbrella in the garden.

The filling is fresh, creamy, and super tasty: the tuna goes perfectly with the ripe avocado, the cucumber adds crunchiness, and the bresaola gives that salty note that completes everything. Sometimes I also add a bit of arugula or a splash of lemon to make them even more delicious.

They are prepared in a moment, no need to turn anything on (and for that alone they deserve applause 😅), and they are really good on any occasion: appetizers with friends, picnics, or savory snacks for the kids. Trust me, they disappear quickly!

Join me in the kitchen today; we have tuna avocado and cucumber sandwiches with bresaola.
