Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 75 ml milk
- 1/3 cup sunflower oil
- as needed almond flavor (or rum)
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 100 g amaretti (crumbled)
Tools
- 1 Bowl
- 1 Mixer
- 1 Bundt Cake Pan
How to Prepare the Amaretti Bundt Cake
In a bowl, place the eggs and sugar. Mix with the electric mixer until you obtain a fluffy and frothy mixture.
Add the milk, oil, and your preferred flavor. Mix with the electric mixer.
Add the flour, baking powder, and crumbled amaretti. Mix with the electric mixer.
Pour the mixture into a 9 1/2 inch bundt pan, previously greased and floured. My pan doesn’t need to be greased or floured. If you want to take a look, you can find it here.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F and let it cook for about 40 minutes. Please make sure to check the cooking times based on your oven.
Remove from oven, let it cool slightly, and if you like, dust with powdered sugar.
