Ingredients

  • 9 oz white sandwich bread
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 7 oz mozzarella balls
  • to taste oregano
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste salt

Steps

  • Prepare the bread baskets this way: cut squares from the sandwich bread.
    Flatten each square with a rolling pin and then place them in muffin molds, pressing gently and being careful not to break them.

  • At this point, bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F for 15 minutes.

  • Meanwhile, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and season them with oil, salt, and oregano.

  • Take out your baskets and let them cool slightly.
