- 9 oz white sandwich bread
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 7 oz mozzarella balls
- to taste oregano
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt

Steps
Prepare the bread baskets this way: cut squares from the sandwich bread.
Flatten each square with a rolling pin and then place them in muffin molds, pressing gently and being careful not to break them.At this point, bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F for 15 minutes.
