The puff pastry calzones cooked in the pan are full of flavor and very easy to make. Crispy and flaky on the outside and tasty and gooey on the inside. Among my favorite choices, the filling with ham and cheese cannot be missed, but you can get creative because everything goes well with this base; such as grilled vegetables with well-drained mozzarella, or with peppers and sausage. The puff pastry calzones cooked in the pan are an excellent alternative to the classic method, perfect in summer when you don’t want to turn on the oven.
