Storage
Fresh blueberry muffins without butter can be stored in a cake stand or a glass dome for 5 days.
Tips
The very soft blueberry muffins are large, like American ones, but if you prefer, you can make them smaller, and with the same quantities, you will get 6.
Before serving, you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
If you like, you can add sliced almonds or chopped nuts on the surface before baking.
To get a nice dome, do not open the oven during baking.
If fresh blueberries are not available, you can easily use frozen ones.
They can be flavored with lime or lemon zest instead of vanilla.
