Storage
Ham, cheese, and mozzarella stuffed cannelloni can be stored already cooked in the fridge for a couple of days.
They can be frozen both raw and cooked. If you freeze them raw, just place them directly in the oven and cook according to instructions. If you freeze them cooked, thaw before reheating in the oven for 15 minutes.
Tips
Ham, cheese, and mozzarella stuffed cannelloni are a recipe that lends itself to a thousand variations because the filling can be enriched with many ingredients such as mushrooms, bacon, sausage, spinach, etc.
If you have difficulty finding cannelloni, you can use fresh lasagna sheets or make them yourself.
You can also use other types of cheese like ricotta, robiola, etc., but you must pay attention to the consistency of the filling, which should not be liquid because it will spill out of the cannelloni during cooking.
