Storage
Baked seitan with potatoes should be eaten hot, otherwise, the seitan will tend to dry out. You can prepare the potatoes in advance and then add the seitan and finish cooking just before eating it.
Tips
Baked seitan with potatoes is a highly customizable dish, as you can use your favorite spices and herbs such as paprika, bay leaf, thyme, rosemary, etc.
You can also cook this dish in an air fryer, simply use the specific fries function or alternatively at 375°F for 20 minutes and then, once adding the seitan, for another 10 minutes.
