Tips:

After preparing the burgers, you can either use them immediately or store them in the refrigerator for 24/48 hours covered with plastic wrap, or you can freeze them.

If you don’t have the special burger discs, no problem, you can easily make them at home using parchment paper and cutting it into 3.5-inch diameter discs.

You can flavor the mixture with herbs, or make onion burgers.
