Ingredients for Chocolate Salami without Eggs
- 8.8 oz digestive biscuits
- 5.3 oz peanut butter
- 3.5 oz 65% dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup semi-skimmed milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsps powdered sugar (for decoration)
You will need
- Bowl
I Prepare the Chocolate Salami without Eggs
I melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or the microwave and let it cool. In the bowl, I coarsely crush the biscuits with sugar by hand, add the chocolate, peanut butter, and milk. I mix well and transfer the mixture onto plastic wrap, using slightly damp hands to shape it into a cylinder. I roll it and close the ends like a candy, and place it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Once the necessary time has passed, I unwrap it, sprinkle it with powdered sugar, and for an even more scenic look, I roll it with string, and finally, I slice the first piece and taste!
