Simple avocado ice cream with coconut milk. The months of summer, and not just June, July, and August, I think for everyone, are part of a period of sea, vacations, sun, cold dishes, and especially ice creams! Colorful fruits begin to appear and the desire to prepare fresh drinks like smoothies and granitas and obviously also ice creams. Premise that the avocado fruit reaches full ripeness in the months of November and December, that is the best time for consumption, but in a world oriented towards globalization, we find these fruits on the market all year round. I must add that in Sicily, the avocado ripening period goes from October to June, my dad also had a giant tree in his garden, I still remember it. Preparing avocado ice cream for someone like me who loves it was a gamble, I must add well-placed, given and felt the goodness. - 1 avocado
- 1 lime
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 4 oz powdered sugar

Steps
Remove the central pit of the avocado, using a spoon, extract the pulp and place it in the chopper’s cup, add the powdered sugar and the juice of one lime, chop quickly for a few seconds.
To the avocado cream thus obtained add the cream and part of the milk, chop again for a few seconds to mix the ingredients. Pass everything into the ice cream maker including the remaining coconut milk, set the timer for thirty minutes, it really takes little time. You can store the ice cream in the freezer or consume it immediately.

It is possible to prepare mango ice cream even without an ice cream maker. Whip the cream well and add the rest of the already mixed and cold ingredients. Put in a low container and pass it for an hour in the freezer, after the time has passed scrape the ice cream with a fork to make it soft, put it back in the freezer. Repeat this operation after an hour.
