How to prepare Red Pizza with Oregano

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl. Start stirring well with a fork, then work the dough with your hands. I warn you: the dough is soft and sticky, so you’ll need to be a bit careful.

  • Place the dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise until doubled. It will take about two hours.

  • Divide the dough into two equal parts. Line a 12.5-inch baking pan with parchment paper and brush it with plenty of oil. If you want to check out my pan click here.

  • Take one of the two dough pieces and transfer it to the mold. Spread the pizza well with your hands. I recommend greasing your hands well too, because as I mentioned above, the dough is sticky.

  • Continue in the same way with the remaining dough.

  • Let rise again for about 30 minutes.

  • Top the pizzas with plenty of tomato sauce (put it on the edges too). Add oregano to taste, drizzle with olive oil, and finally add salt.

  • Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F for 20 minutes. Then at 392°F with fan for 10 minutes. Naturally, adjust according to your oven.

  • Take out and serve yourself.
