Hazelnut ice cream can be stored for up to six months in the freezer, if it lasts that long!
Tips
For this hazelnut ice cream with condensed milk, I used pure hazelnut paste, made with only hazelnuts. If you can’t find it or don’t have it, you can also use the classic hazelnut spread.
I used an indicative dose of 1.76 oz of hazelnut paste, but feel free to add more for a stronger flavor.
