Persimmon and Lotus Pudding

Persimmon and Lotus Pudding

A quick, diet-friendly, no-cook dessert with just 2 ingredients that’s taking the web by storm.
Today, I want to introduce it to you with persimmons, apple persimmons, and even with harder lotus. At the same time, it can be made with bananas.
This is an excellent solution for those who don’t like fruit.
We will make the persimmon and lotus pudding with an immersion blender, but it can also be made with a jug blender or a Thermomix.
It takes 3 minutes to prepare, and after setting in the fridge for 2 hours, we can enjoy it.
Persimmons provide minerals like potassium and vitamins like vitamin C, useful for combating water retention. They also improve liver function, helping to get rid of toxins. Additionally, they are a good source of fiber, which is valuable for regular bowel movements.
Persimmons are quite energizing due to their high sugar content: Therefore, the consumption of persimmons is not recommended for those with diabetes or obesity but recommended in cases of lack of appetite, psychological or physical stress, and sports.
