Tips

As mentioned at the beginning, the quantities for this marinade are calculated for precisely 430 g (about 15 oz) of meat (pork steaks or other meat, it’s important to respect the grams!) and for equivalent precise grams of each ingredient, including spices and liquids. This will ensure you get perfect, flavorful, and tender meat!

TIPS: Besides pork steaks, I particularly recommend pork loin, pork neck, and chicken breast.

You can accompany the cooked meat after marinating with grilled bell peppers, boiled agretti, roasted tomatoes, or roasted potatoes.
