Tips
To make the Pavesini brick, I used coffee Pavesini to enhance the coffee flavor. If you don’t like them, you can also use the classic flavor or the cocoa ones.
I used moka coffee; if you don’t like it, instant coffee is also fine.
In my opinion, this recipe doesn’t need additional sugar. If you want, you can add 2 tbsps of powdered sugar to the whipped cream for sweetness.
If you don’t want to use Nutella, you can use any hazelnut spread.
You can serve the Pavesini brick with dollops of whipped cream or by drenching it with a small cup of coffee liqueur.
