You can also decorate the porridge with fresh fruit, honey, jam, or yogurt according to your taste and change every day to have a different breakfast each day.

We only used milk as the liquid, but you can also use 200 ml of milk and 120 ml of water.

You can replace milk with soy milk or other plant-based milk.

You can choose the consistency you prefer by changing the oat flour/liquid ratio. The ratio we used is 1:4 (80 grams of flour, 320 ml of milk), but if you prefer a more liquid consistency, you can go up to 1:5 (80 grams of flour, 400 ml of milk), for a thicker version (similar to a pudding), opt for 1:3 (80 grams of flour, 240 ml of milk).
