How to prepare the double chocolate bundt cake
In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar. Mix with an electric mixer until you get a fluffy and frothy mixture.
Add the milk and mix with the electric mixer.
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix well, taking care not to create lumps.
Pour a third of the obtained batter into a 9.5-inch bundt pan previously greased and floured. My pan does not need to be greased or floured. If you want to take a look, you can find it here.
Add the chopped white chocolate (set aside some) and cover with half of the remaining batter. Add the chocolate chips (set aside some) and, if you like, a few teaspoons of Nutella.
Add the remaining batter, the rest of the white chocolate, and the remaining chocolate chips.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F and let it cook for about 30/35 minutes. Please check the cooking times based on your oven.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve.
