Ingredients

  • 2 cups g all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup g starch
  • 1 cup g brown sugar (set aside 1 tbsp for decoration)
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 pinch fine salt
  • 3/4 cup g butter (melted)
  • 3 eggs (medium)
  • 1 vial vanilla flavor
  • 1 vial lemon flavor
  • 4 Golden apples
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp g lemon juice (to prevent the apples from browning)

Steps

Line the springform pan with parchment paper. To make it adhere better, simply dampen it and place it inside, making folds.

Prepare the apples by peeling, halving, and coring them. As they are ready, rub them with lemon juice.

Preheat the oven in static mode to 350°F

  • Pour the sugar (set aside 1 tbsp) and eggs into the bowl. Beat with electric whisks and add flavors and the pinch of salt. Sift the flours and baking powder and mix the dry ingredients.

  • Using the spatula, gradually incorporate the dry ingredients and then the cooled melted butter, pouring a few tablespoons at a time. Set aside 2 tablespoons for the end. Mix well and pour into the mold.

  • Slice the half apples and, keeping them together, arrange them in a radial pattern in the batter, pressing slightly downward. Place half in the center as well, sprinkle all the apples with the remaining brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon. Bake in the middle of the oven and cook for 45 minutes while checking. Before removing from the oven, leave the door ajar for a few minutes.
