Easy and tasty tomato flatbreads will be gone in no time! The recipe is very simple, they cook in the pan in a few minutes and hide a really delicious cheesy center. Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 oz tomato paste
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 6 tbsp water
- to taste salt
- 3 oz scamorza cheese
Steps
In a bowl, pour the water and olive oil, then add a pinch of salt and mix with a fork.
At this point, add the flour and tomato paste. Knead until you form a smooth and soft dough.
Let it rest for 30 minutes covered with plastic wrap.
After the resting time, divide into 4 balls, then roll out with a rolling pin and fill with scamorza cheese.
Close into a bundle and cook in a pan until golden brown.

Storage
