Soft Yogurt Bundt Cake. A simple and quick cake to prepare, perfect for breakfast and snack time.

The soft yogurt bundt cake is very simple to make, as I mentioned it is perfect for the breakfast and snack time for the whole family.

Few ingredients are needed and they are usually found at home. For baking, I used a 20 cm mold, but if you don’t have one you can use a 24 cm mold and double the doses.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (I use vanilla)
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • as needed dark chocolate (in flakes)

Tools

  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Mixer
  • 1 Bundt pan

How to Prepare the Soft Yogurt Bundt Cake

  • In a bowl, place the eggs and sugar. Mix with an electric mixer until you get a fluffy and foamy mixture.

  • Add the oil, milk, and yogurt. I used vanilla flavored yogurt, but you can use the flavor you prefer.

  • Finally, add the flour and baking powder. Mix everything well, being careful to avoid lumps.

  • Pour the obtained mixture into a previously buttered and floured 8-inch bundt pan. If you want to take a look at my mold, you can click here.

  • If you like, before baking, add chocolate flakes on top of the cake.

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F and let cook for about 30 minutes. Please check the cooking times according to your oven, doing the toothpick test.

  • Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve.
