Pork loin rolls, obviously pork, which we consider an alternative food that gives the possibility of preparing recipes for humble dishes, as per regional traditions. Today, the techniques used in farming allow for only fairly lean meats, which are certainly cheaper than beef. These are two good reasons to consume this meat. To prepare the rolls, I used the tenderloin section found under the loin; whole, it is used for roasts, cut into thin slices for scallops, or, as in this case, rolls.
