How to Prepare Quick Mini Pizzas in Air Fryer

  • In a bowl, add the flour, milk, yeast, oil, salt, and sugar. Start mixing with a spoon and then continue kneading by hand until you obtain a compact and homogeneous dough.

  • Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, it should not be too thin. Cut out the mini pizzas with a cookie cutter. I used one about 3 inches, but you can choose the size you prefer. Using a 3-inch cutter, you will get about 10 mini pizzas. If you want to check out my cookie cutter, click here.

  • Top the mini pizzas with tomato sauce, salt, oregano, mozzarella, or your favorite ingredients.

  • Transfer the mini pizzas to the air fryer and cook them (after preheating) at 356°F for 8 minutes. The time may vary depending on your fryer. Mine has a special motor and cooks faster than other fryers. If you want to check it out, you can find it here.
