The Mimosa cake is the quintessential cake dedicated to women, on the holiday celebrated on March 8. The original recipe includes pineapple, but if you don’t like it, you can replace it with strawberries or even peaches. However, try it with pineapple because it is truly exceptional. Every time I make it, it’s a success.
