Genoese Pesto1
  • Difficulty: Very easy
  • Cost: Medium
  • Preparation time: 10 Minutes
  • Portions: 1 jar of 8.5 oz
  • Cooking methods: No cooking
  • Cuisine: Italian
  • Seasonality: Spring, Summer

Advice:

Store this delicious sauce in the fridge inside a sterilized jar, making sure that the extra virgin olive oil covers the pesto well. Keep for no more than a week, if you use some, remember to cover the remaining pesto with extra virgin olive oil.

Or freeze it, for convenience it is better to put it inside the ice cube tray and when frozen, place the pesto cubes inside a food-grade plastic bag.
