ADVICE:
You can also sterilize the jars using a pot with high edges, place a cloth at the bottom and then the jars with the opening facing up (the cloth serves to prevent the jars from bumping into each other).
Fill the pot and jars with water until the jars are covered by a couple of inches, cover with a lid, bring the water to a boil, and let it “cook” for 30/40 minutes, you can also put the lids on after 20 minutes.
Let the water cool down, remove the jars, and let them dry on a cloth (washed without fabric softener) with the base facing down.
