Coffee panna cotta is a delicious spoon dessert, tasty and particularly elegant, perfect in any season. There are several variations, but the coffee one is my favorite.
Serve it at the end of the meal by decorating the plate with chocolate-covered coffee beans or a few dollops of whipped cream.
Below you will find the steps to prepare this delight both with the Thermomix and with a traditional pot.

Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup coffee
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 0.35 oz gelatin sheets
- 1 packet vanillin

Steps
Procedure with Thermomix
Start by soaking the gelatin sheets in a small bowl containing cold water.
Pour the fresh cream into the Thermomix bowl, add the milk, sugar, coffee, and vanillin, and cook for 8 minutes at 194°F speed 3.
Add the squeezed gelatin and mix for 1 minute at speed 4.
Pour the panna cotta into silicone molds and refrigerate to set for 4 to 5 hours.
Our coffee panna cotta is ready.
Unmold and serve decorated with some whole coffee beans.
Traditional Cooking
In this case, also soak the gelatin sheets in cold water.
In a pot, heat the milk, sugar, coffee, and vanillin.
As soon as it starts to boil, remove from heat and add the squeezed gelatin.
Mix well for about 1 minute, then pour the panna cotta into molds and refrigerate to set for 4 hours.
Storage and Tips …
Store in the fridge covered with plastic wrap
Consume within 2 days
For a more indulgent version, decorate the plate with chocolate topping
You can replace the coffee cups with 20 grams of instant coffee.
