Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup oz sugar
- 1 tbsp oz honey (or sugar)
- 1/2 cup oz sunflower oil
- 2 1/2 cups oz all-purpose flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 oz oz dark chocolate (in flakes)
- 1 apple

How to Prepare the Apple Cookie Cake
In a bowl, place the eggs, sugar, honey, and oil. Mix with a spoon.
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix with the spoon.
Add the chocolate flakes and continue mixing with the spoon.
Pour the batter into a 12-inch pizza baking pan. If you want to check out my mold, click here.
Level it and add thin slices of apple on the surface of the cake.
If you like, sprinkle with some granulated sugar.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F. Let it cook for about 30 minutes. Please check the cooking time according to your oven.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve yourself.
