Ingredients for Baked Salmon
- 4 steaks salmon (about 1.8 pounds)
- 7 tbsp white wine
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- 1 sprig parsley
- to taste salt
- 1 pinch pepper
How to prepare Baked Salmon Steak
Choose salmon steaks that are not too large and roughly the same size for even cooking. Remove the scales from the outer skin and any lateral bones. Rinse and let them drain.
Place the salmon steaks in a baking dish greased with extra virgin olive oil. Salt them. Pour the white wine over them. Add chopped parsley, a pinch of pepper, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Let the salmon cook in the oven at 375°F in static mode for 16-18 minutes. At the end of cooking, add fresh parsley on top
