The bacon roll-ups are very simple to prepare. They are super fast and you will need only 3 ingredients to prepare them.

As I mentioned, they are perfect for a snack, an appetizer or a buffet dinner.

  • to taste sandwich bread

  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Baking Tray
  • 1 Parchment Paper

How to Prepare Bacon Roll-Ups

  • Take the slices of sandwich bread and roll them out with a rolling pin to make them thin. Then cut them in half vertically with a knife.

  • Take the slice of bacon and place the slice of sandwich bread at the base.

  • At the base of the sandwich bread, place a small piece of cheese. I used Galbanino cheese.

  • Roll up to form a roll-up.

  • Place the roll-ups on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated static oven at 392°F (200°C) for 5 minutes or until they are golden brown. I cooked them in an air fryer at 392°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.

  • Serve hot, so they will be nicely gooey.
