How to use the pressure cooker, easily and safely, and make lots of recipes in a short time and healthily.
We recently purchased our new Lagostina Irradial Control Lagoeasy’Up pressure cooker, 5 L, 22 cm and it was immediately easy to use. With a few tips, it has become our ally in the kitchen, saving us time in cooking and consequently saving gas.

Tools
- 1 Pressure Cooker
How to Use the Pressure Cooker:
Introduce the liquids into the pressure cooker (minimum 1 cup, maximum 2/3 of the capacity, you will find a line in the pressure cooker that you should not exceed) and then add the ingredients.
Close the pressure cooker, make sure the valve is aligned with the image of the pot, turn on the gas at a high flame and when you hear the whistle or when the lever block rises, it means that the pot is under pressure. Lower the gas and from this moment, the cooking time for the food starts.
In all recipes, the cooking time is from when the pot is under pressure.
When the cooking time has elapsed, turn off the gas, release the steam by turning the valve, and when the lever block lowers, you can open the pressure cooker.
