Baked Sea Bream with Dill and Lemon

Baked sea bream with dill and lemon is a light and refined dish, perfect for enhancing the delicate flavor of this fish.

The foil baking method helps retain the aromas and nutritional properties, creating a juicy and fragrant dish.

Lemon adds freshness, while dill gives an herby note that pairs perfectly with the flesh of the bream. You can add a whole crushed garlic clove inside the fish for even more flavor.

Remember, even if you got the bream from your trusted fishmonger and asked them to clean it for you, rinse it under cold running water, check it internally for further cleaning, and DO NOT cut the fins because once cooked, the skin and bones will be much easier to remove, as they will stick to the fins.
