Ingredients for one yogurt cup

If you prefer, you can replace the vanilla yogurt with plain yogurt.

  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (vanilla)
  • 3/4 oz amaretti
  • 3/4 oz walnut kernels
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • A few small amaretti for decoration (optional)

Preparation of the yogurt cup

  • Crumble the amaretti (I used a meat tenderizer, but a glass works fine too) and roughly chop the walnuts with a knife.

  • In a small bowl, place the yogurt and add the honey. Mix it well, then add the chopped walnuts and mix again until smooth.

  • Peel the kiwi, slice it, and place the slices at the bottom of a single-serving cup (set aside a few slices for final decoration).

  • Then sprinkle the kiwi slices with the amaretti crumbs (again, set aside a bit for final decoration) and pour over the prepared yogurt and walnut cream.

  • Finally, garnish with some more amaretti crumbs, a few kiwi slices, and a few small amaretti. Enjoy the yogurt cup immediately to prevent the amaretti from losing their crunchiness. Enjoy! Paola
