Multi-flavor Tart. A simple and quick tart to prepare: perfect for breakfast and snack time.
The multi-flavor tart is a colorful tart that everyone will agree on. Each person can choose to eat their favorite flavor.
The preparation is very simple. For the tart, I didn’t use the classic shortcrust pastry, but it’s a kind of shortcrust without oil and butter. To make it even more delicious, I added chocolate chips.
To fill it, I used jam, Nutella, and peanut butter. You can personalize it according to your tastes.
But let’s see right away how to prepare the multi-flavor tart.

How to prepare the multi-flavor tart.
In a bowl, place the egg and sugar. Mix with a fork.
Add the cream cheese and incorporate it carefully. (I used Philadelphia).
Add the flour, chocolate chips, and baking powder. Start mixing with the fork and then continue kneading by hand until you get a compact and homogeneous dough.
Divide the dough into two parts, one part should be slightly larger than the other.
Roll out the larger part with a rolling pin on a slightly floured sheet of parchment paper. Line a 9.5-inch tart pan with the crust (also place parchment paper underneath), and remove any excess dough.
With the remaining dough, form the strips. I rolled the dough with the rolling pin and cut strips wider than usual. If you prefer, you can form cords, even in this case you need to make them thicker than usual.
Place the strips horizontally and vertically inside the pan, creating sections that will be filled with jam.
Pour the jams into the squares.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F and let it cook for about 40 minutes. Please check the cooking times depending on your oven.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and if you like, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
