Ingredients
- 1.3 lbs sausage
- 1 cabbage (small)
- 1/4 white onion
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper

Steps
Cut the sausage into similar-sized pieces.
Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage, wash it well under running water, and slice it into thin strips.
Finely slice the white onion.
In a large pan, heat the extra virgin olive oil over medium heat.
Add the sliced onion and sauté until it becomes translucent.
Add the cabbage, salt, pepper, and mix with a wooden spoon.
Cover with a lid and cook on low-medium heat for about 10 minutes. If necessary, add half a glass of water.
When the cabbage is soft, add the sausage pieces, mix, and cook covered for about 15 minutes.
Our sausage with cabbage is ready. Transfer it to a serving dish and serve hot.
