How to Prepare the Crumble Tart with Pistachios and Almonds
In a bowl, add the egg and sugar. Mix with a fork.
Add the milk and oil. Mix with the fork.
Add the flour and baking powder. Start mixing with the fork, then continue kneading by hand until you get a compact and homogeneous dough. If necessary, add more flour. Set aside.
For the filling: in a saucepan, add the broken chocolate, butter, and milk. Move to the stove and let it melt over low heat, stirring constantly.
In a bowl, add Philadelphia and the melted chocolate. Mix with a spoon.
If you want to add a little extra, add a splash of rum and mix. (This step is optional).
Add the Greek yogurt and mix with the spoon.
Add the chopped chocolate, almonds pieces, and pistachios. Mix with the spoon.
Finally, add the egg. Mix everything well.
Take the dough again and remove a piece that you will use for the topping. Roll the dough with the Rolling Pin on a slightly floured parchment paper sheet, then place it inside a 10-inch tart pan.
Add the filling and level it.
With the remaining dough, cover the tart. You can make crumbs as I did or the classic strips.
Bake in a preheated, static oven at 350°F. Let it cook for about 35/40 minutes. Please check the cooking times according to your oven.
Remove from the oven, let it cool, then store in the refrigerator until serving time.
Before serving, if you like, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
