The Quick Cookies are very easy to make. They are super quick: 5 minutes to prepare them and 15 minutes to bake. You just need to prepare the dough, shape the cookies, and bake.
The Quick Cookies are perfect to be dipped in milk, accompanied by a cup of cappuccino or coffee.
They do not contain butter, so you can enjoy them guilt-free. Naturally, they are delicious, so I recommend trying them.

How to make Quick Cookies
In a bowl, add the egg and sugar. Mix with the spoon.
Add the oil and continue mixing with the spoon.
Finally, add the flour, baking powder, and if desired, a few drops of orange flavoring. Start mixing with the spoon, and when you can no longer do so, continue kneading by hand until a compact and homogeneous dough is obtained.
Take small portions of dough and form balls with your hands. I made 16 balls. Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Spray a bit of oil on the surface of the cookies. I used a spray oil dispenser. If you want to take a look, click here. If you don’t have it, you can use a kitchen brush, but make sure to use very little oil.
Bake in a preheated, static oven at 356°F and bake for about 15 minutes. Please check the cooking times according to your oven.
Meanwhile, place granulated sugar on a plate.
Remove the cookies from the oven, brush them with milk, and roll them in the sugar.
Serve and enjoy.
